Waits Valve, as an excellent valve supplier in China, provides specially designed V Ball Valve. As the ball rotates, the angle of the V-notch changes, reducing the flow area, thereby accurately regulating the flow through throttling.
With a unique V-notch ball design, the edge of the ball is specially processed and sharp. The drive rotates the valve stem, driving the V-shaped ball to move: when the V-notch is aligned with the pipe, the valve is fully opened and the fluid flows smoothly through a large area of the channel.
When the ball rotates 90°, the edge of the V-notch presses against the valve seat, generating shear force, cutting off the fibrous/granular media, while achieving a zero-leakage seal and effectively blocking the flow.
